All banners shall be designed to be compatible with all major Web browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox andSafari. It shall be the sole responsibility and obligation of the advertiser, for the compatibility of the banner, to know the nature and operation of WWW browsers. All target URLs submitted by the advertiser are required to be valid. Any banners with invalid URLs will be removed from the Appraisal Institute's Web site. Advertisers will not be allowed to exclusively feature competitive browsers.

Submit banners directly to advertising@appraisalinstitute.org in a GIF format. Please include the following information:
- Uniform Resource Locator (URL) link
- ALT text tag line
- Live dates
- Company name, contact information (e-mail, phone, fax) and name/description of product or service
- For changes to existing orders please include a description of all changes.
